lyrics
See him wandering through the garden tending to the flowers
An old Cheshire cat who’s grown very fat
Pussy cat, pussy cat where have you been
Supernatural Cambridge baby mending in your flat
you’ll never come back in paisley and silk
Your atomic milk has been spilt on the floor
Smile, Cheshire cat … show us all exactly where you’re at
Smile, Cheshire cat … Cheshire cat
Every year he gets a little better than before
A knock at the door he don’t know what for
But they always keep asking for Syd
Smile, Cheshire cat … no one knows exactly where you’re at
Smile, Cheshire cat … Cheshire cat
Smile, Cheshire cat … no one knows exactly where you’re at
Smile, Cheshire cat … Cheshire cat
Staring through the morning glories pulling up the weeds
Do you have any seeds for the pink bumblebee
Buzzing round your head
Smile, Cheshire cat … no one knows exactly where you’re at
Smile, Cheshire cat … show us all exactly where you’re at
Smile, Cheshire cat … Cheshire cat
Smile, Cheshire cat … Cheshire cat

Much as the mystical whisperings of acid folk oft evoke fancies of mist shrouded woods and meadow blooms swaying in a breeze in my mind, I don’t care much for the underlying dark taint of despair and sorrow herein. However, I was eager to research some of these artists. I wouldn’t have bought this if I’d known beforehand I’d be supporting the disgusting music of a blasphemer by the name of James McKeown. Most of his ‘music’ is sick and evil. Like the poor soul on this cover. 5/10. Alrihkh
